The Process of Commissioning a Portrait
*Due to demand, and limited time, I can only accept high quality reference photos. If I don't feel comfortable working with the given photos, I will not accept your order. I apologize in advance, however I simply want to ensure my clients recieve the highest quality art I can deliver.*
Ordering a portrait can be a bit confusing for first time commissioners. Here is a brief overview of my process and what to expect.

Choose your photos. I have advice on choosing photos here, it's important to find the best quality photo you can, the better the photo the better the portrait!

Use my email, facebook, or Contact Me page to send me your chosen photo(s) and let me know which style and size of portrait you would like. Not sure what you want? Message me with your photos and ideas and we can figure it out!

Once we have chosen a photo and size, I require a $50 nonrefundable deposit to secure your place in my schedule as I often have a wait list.
Need the portrait by a specific date (birthday, anniversary etc)? Please let me know and I will try my best to accommodate your order. -
50% of the remaining balance is due one week before I start your portrait, and the remaining balance is due on completion.
Example: if the portrait is $200, I require the $50 booking deposit, $75 before I start, and $75 before I ship it to you. -

All portraits will be posted to my social media, including progress updates as I create them, unless otherwise specified. Please let me know if the portrait is a surprise gift, and I won't post any images of it until the recipient has seen it.

Payment Methods
I currently accept payment through Paypal. I will email an invoice to you, and you simply follow the instructions in the email for easy payment.
It is not necessary for you to have a paypal account, instead you can use your credit card for an easy payment.
I can also accept e transfers, or cheques if necessary.
