I retain full rights to all artwork and portraits I create, and will display both the finished portrait as well as work in progress photos to my website and social media, unless otherwise specified. Please let me know if the portrait is a surprise gift!

a $50 nonrefundable deposit is required to book a spot in my schedule.

50% of the remaining balance is due the week before I start your portrait, and the remaining balance is due on completion.

Cancellations that occur after I have started a portrait, will not be refunded.

Changes can be made as I work, please speak up and ask for any alterations as I send progress photos to you, it's much easier to make corrections as I go.

In the rare case a client is unhappy with the finished work, even after alterations have been made, I will not ask for the final payment, (essentially refunding you 50% of the cost minus the nonrefundable deposit).  NOTE: I will not refund for a portrait that has been shipped out.

I take great care in the packaging and shipping of my portraits, and will not provide refunds for any damage that has occurred once it has left my care. However, in the very rare case a portrait has been damaged, I will offer a discounted re do, once the original portrait is sent back to me.
